The Alignment Session is a free 20-minute conversation designed to help us determine whether the Rested Leader Reset is the right fit for you in this season. During this meeting, we’ll discuss who you are, what you’re currently leading, where you may feel overwhelmed or out of alignment, and what kind of support you truly need right now. This conversation is an important first step in identifying whether this intensive will help you move forward in a healthier, more grounded way.
